Marvel Comics and ESPN collaborated this season to draft NBA/Marvel Comic mash-ups for each NBA team which were published recently in ESPN the Magazine’s NBA Season Preview.

Some of these are pretty dope, a handful of them you could tell the artist was really not trippin’. Especially when it came to my hometown, I just about threw my damn computer out the window when I saw the Sacramento Kings cover. Why they gotta do that to us? Although, they did the Hawk’s lightweight dirty too. Joe Johnson looks confused as all hell!
Wow, this killer right here. It’s incredible that Blue Note’s graphic design remains relevant through the years. I’ve seen plenty of reproductions (and as you know, even attempted one recently myself) but I’ll be damn if this video doesn’t about just take the cake. Great post from one of my favorite tumblogs, Wax and Milk (link below).

Reid Miles’ iconic Blue Note album covers in motion: this is like my dream movie intro credit sequence. Soooo good. More info and side-by-side comparisons HERE.

B.o.B. Ft. Wiz Khalifa - Fuck the Money [Prod. by Kanye West]
This song was originally released on both Asher Roth’s
Seared Foi Gras with Cranberry blah blah blah incredibly long-titled mixtape and B.o.B.’s May 25th mixtape. It was one of my favorite songs on B.o.B.’s tape and about the only song I liked on Asher’s.
I’m stoked to say that this remix officially makes me a Wiz Khalifa fan. It’s not that I didn’t like him before, this verse just solidifies it for me.
